Organic Chemistry II

An open textbook that is suitable for the second semester of Organic Chemistry. This book
focuses on providing a strong understanding of the reaction mechanisms of common organic
functional groups, which includes alcohols, aldehydes and ketones, conjugated systems,
aromatic compounds, carboxylic acids and derivatives, as well as carbohydrates.

Storying Universal Design for Learning

This resource compiles post-secondary student voices on accessible teaching practices and
universal design for learning (UDL) components that have been integrated into their
classes. Students reflect on meaningfulness and engagement, accommodation plans, course
design, and instructor supportiveness. This guide offers suggestions for teaching to
support instructors in building more accessible classrooms.
