Hi Pamela, Thanks for bringing this up! There is a new way to request ancillary materials since the switch to the new B.C. Open Collection. To gain access to the restricted files associated with this book (or any book in the collection), go to Introduction to Consumer Behaviour in the B.C. Open Collection<https://collection.bccampus.ca/textbooks/introduction-to-consumer-behaviour-bccampus-174/>. Then scroll down to the heading “Restricted Materials.” To the right of the material you would like to download, click “Request access.” From there, you will be asked to fill out a request form. Information on this form helps BCcampus staff to verify that you are an instructor at a post-secondary institution. Once your identity has been verified, the restricted materials will be released to you.
