Hello everyone, The 2019 Cascadia Open Textbook Summit will take place from April 17-18 at SFU Harbour Centre. This is our primary local event related to open education and a great opportunity to both showcase our open education projects and to learn from other exciting initiatives in this space. Day 1 will include 2 keynotes and conference proceedings with presentations, panel presentations, and table talks. Day 2 is a “Day of Action” and will feature a series of workshops (2 hours each) designed to support those who wish to achieve the next step in their OER work or initiative.
