Thank you for bringing this to our attention! It’s timely, as my research collaborator and
I are in the midst of analyzing our data and thinking about publications for submission.
My only hesitation with Library Trends is that It doesn’t appear to be open access. Just
one of many considerations we’re mulling over…

Subject: Library Trends Call for Proposals: OER and the Academic Library special issue
We are excited to announce an issue of Library Trends scholarly journal devoted to the
topic, "OER and the Academic Library," will be published in November 2020. Mary
Ann Cullen of Georgia State, Christopher Shaffer of Troy University and I are editors for
this issue.
We are currently accepting proposals for articles, as well as peer-reviewers with
expertise on the topic of Open and Affordable Educational Resources, particularly as they
apply to academic libraries. Abstracts are due May 1, 2019.
