[Bcoel] Cape Town Open Education Declaration 10th anniversary

Hello, Today, Jan. 22nd, the Open Education community is celebrating the 10th anniversary of the publication of the Cape Town Open Education Declaration, a global call to action that has helped inspire thousands of open education advocates across the world. Last March, a group of open education activists met in Cape Town and came up with recommendations which highlight 10 directions to move open education forward.
