Hello! Here are the list of proposed dates for our 2025-2026 meetings. While we normally meet on the 2nd Monday of each month, this often conflicts with stat holidays. Would anyone object to changing our meetings to the 3rd Monday of each month, with the exceptions noted below? Here are the dates I propose: * Sept 22 * Oct 20 (Thanksgiving on 2nd Monday) * Nov 17 (Remembrance Day on 2nd Tuesday – assuming people might be taking Monday off) * Dec 8 (Shifted up to 2nd Monday – assuming people will begin leaving for vacation) * Jan 19 * Feb 9 (Shifted up to 2nd Monday; Family Day on 3rd Monday) * Mar 16 * Apr 20 * May 11 (Victoria Day on 2nd Monday) * Jun 8 (Shifted up to 2nd Monday – assuming people will begin leaving for vacation) Let me know if you have any issues with these dates, or with moving the meetings to the 3rd Monday.
