Hello!

Here are the list of proposed dates for our 2025-2026 meetings. While we normally meet on the 2^nd Monday of each month, this often conflicts with stat holidays. Would anyone object to changing our meetings to the 3^rd Monday of each month, with the exceptions noted below?

Here are the dates I propose:

• Sept 22
• Oct 20 (Thanksgiving on 2^nd Monday)
• Nov 17 (Remembrance Day on 2^nd Tuesday – assuming people might be taking Monday off)
• Dec 8 (Shifted up to 2^nd Monday – assuming people will begin leaving for vacation)
• Jan 19
• Feb 9 (Shifted up to 2^nd Monday; Family Day on 3^rd Monday)
• Mar 16
• Apr 20
• May 11 (Victoria Day on 2^nd Monday)
• Jun 8 (Shifted up to 2^nd Monday – assuming people will begin leaving for vacation)

Let me know if you have any issues with these dates, or with moving the meetings to the 3^rd Monday.
