Hello everyone,
BCcampus has put out a new call for grant applications related to the development of open
textbooks and other open educational resources (OER). This includes one grant fund to
support the curation, adaptation, or creation of OER and another grant fund to support the
creation of ancillary resources (e.g., question banks, slide decks, multimedia content,
etc.) that support existing OER.
The application deadline is coming up quick, in just over two weeks. More details
(including eligible subject areas) are available on these two web pages:
https://open.bccampus.ca/open-educational-resource-grant-curate-customize-c…
https://open.bccampus.ca/ancillary-resource-grant/
If you think you have a project in mind that might be a candidate for either of these two
grants please let me know ASAP. I can then work with you to determine the next steps,
including potentially applying for one of these two grants. As a reminder, we also
currently have OER and Zed Cred grants available at KPU. For more information about OER
grants visit

Thank you,
Rajiv
