As you may know, KPU has offered small OER grants for the past two years to those interested in creating, adapting, and adopting OERs. These grants are jointly funded by BCcampus and the Office of the Provost and Vice-President, Academic and thus far have been used to support OER projects in Academic & Career Preparation, Languages & Cultures, Sociology, Asian Studies, English Language Studies, and the Learning Centres.

I am writing to inform you that the Open Education Working Group has recently revised the application process for these grants from rolling applications to 1 application deadline per semester (May 1, September 1, and January 15).
