Open Education for a Better World (OE4BW) is an international online mentoring program, supporting the development and implementation of open educational resources that include and address at least one of the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This Call follows the first two cohorts of the OE4BW program where 49 Open Educational Resources (OER) projects were developed by 49 participants under the supervision of 67 mentors, coming from 25 countries from all over the globe. This included KPU’s own Christina Page (The Learning Centres) who served as a mentor and Andrea Niosi (Marketing) who was a participant.

So far, the developers and mentors were regionally coordinated by Hub leaders in the following three Regional Hubs:

In this year’s OE4BW Call, a new, topic-oriented SDG7 Hub (i.e. Ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all) is added.
