Good afternoon everyone,

I am happy to end this celebratory week with some more happy news. BCcampus recently announced the recipients of their latest round of open education grants. Among the 9 successful proposals they funded were two proposals from KPU. The first is an OER Create grant to help support the development of an Ancient and Medieval History open textbook (a project led by Tracey Kinney) while the second is an OER Sustainability grant that will help us develop a specialized service in the Library to support OER creation. This round involved the largest number of grant submissions to BCcampus to date so it is nice to see our leadership in this space being recognized with external support.
