Next week (March 5^th – 9^th ) is Open Education Week – a time for the Open Education community to raise awareness about the impact of open educational practices as well as to celebrate this global movement. We are pleased to invite you to our Douglas College events.

Here at Douglas, we’ve got three events lined up:

1. Discover the Power of Pressbooks, with our own Jennifer Kirkey – sign up

2. Teaching with Wikipedia, with Will Engle (UBC) – sign up

3. OER Champion Celebration – hosted by Learning Resources (cash bar) - RSVP for catering
