[Openbcit] PhET simulations for STEM

Hi there fellow Open Educators, Seems like the Open Education Global conference is all about sciences today :-) Some of you may have heard of PhET simulations for STEM, especially physics and math. These simulations have been developed by the folks at University of Colorado to teach complex science concepts to students and can be ran online and offline.
