[Openbcit] Adoption of draft recommendation on OER by UNESCO

Hi there fellow Open Educators, Have some great news to share... not sure how many of you have been following this process at UNESCO, but, they unanimously adopted a new draft recommendation on OER<https://www.oercongress.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/Draft-OER-Rec… to support the achievement of the UN's 2030 Development Agenda. Recommendations include five objectives: * building capacity of stakeholders to create, access, use, adapt, and redistribute OER; * developing supportive policy at the national level; * encouraging inclusive and equitable quality OER; * nurturing the creation of sustainability models for OER; and * facilitating international cooperation.
