[Openbcit] Fail Fraud Detection issue

Hi everyone, As some of you have noticed, the listserv has been flagging legitimate emails with warnings re: "failed fraud detection." To resolve this issue, please mark the emails as NOT JUNK or Safe Sender so that they are no longer flagged.
