Hi everyone,

On behalf of Ontario Tech University, I am delighted to announce the launch of a new OER from our Faculty of Education.

https://ecampusontario.pressbooks.pub/aguideforbusyeducators/

Grounded in evidence-based practices and principles, this book focuses on helping secondary and post-secondary educators succeed and thrive in blended and online learning settings. Each chapter includes a subject overview, guidelines, activities or tools, and general resources. The book covers insights on starting out, differentiated learning, learning activities, feedback and assessment, and useful tools. Topics include technology and online learning, creating and designing online courses, building community, engagement and community online, and student assessment.

I hope that this great new open resource will be put to good use!

All the best,

Michelle
