The open education community called out for support for #OpenEd20 and many have already stepped forward, https://tinyurl.com/openedcollaborators<https://docs.google.com/spreadsh…. From this call, a group of 65+ members of the community recently held a call to identify potential next steps. We realize that all members of our community were not able to join that call so we wanted to share out the notes [here<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1daGqwSOy820t_TdLYXF4hXBeydYRQfU…] and invite everyone to add contributions or feedback. With a large scale effort like this on a quick turnaround we will need the support of the community to successfully execute a 2020 conference. We are inviting those who may not have been on the call to volunteer their and/or their organization’s time, energy, and resources to this effort. In particular, we need to hear from community members/entities that are interested in being fiscal agents/partners for a 2020 or 2021 event; have any venue locations that can be made in-kind; and those individuals who want to serve on conference committees.
