Hi Debra,

I believe the person you would want to speak on this topic is  Carys J. Craig (Osgoode Hall Law School, York University) as she was the author of the Educational Fair Dealing in Canada in the Best Practices in Fair Use for OER document from CMSI.

Best,

Erin

[CAUTION: Non-UBC Email]

Hi everyone,

Darcye and I are helping plan events for Fair Dealing Week (exact date not announced yet).

Not long ago, I think we talked about wanting something around open textbooks and fair dealing. Is this correct, and if so, are there any suggestions around this or people you think could talk on this topic?

Any and all input is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Debra & Darcye
