Interesting – Vital Source and Red Hat came to my attention recently because that is the only place I think you can get an electronic copy of the APA manual. https://apastyle.apa.org/blog/coronavirus-response In fact, APA says they are making it free for libraries during COVID but that ended in May – I guess they thought the pandemic would be over by then 😊 Good question Brenda – I’m wondering the same.
