Hi all,

Thank you to Amanda for pointing out that October 17th is the start of the Open Ed Conference. Why don't we move that Monday meeting back another week to October 24th. The less zoom meetings during the conference hopefully the better, and we can have a quick debrief of the conference at the October meeting.

Hi all,

As was discussed today, the proposed meeting dates for next semester will be the second Monday of each month (September-June) from 1:00-2:00pm. Where this date falls on a holiday, the meeting will be scheduled for the third Monday of the month.

Please review the dates below and email me if you see any major issues. Once the dates are confirmed, I will send calendar invites for each meeting.
  • September 12
  • October 17 (October 10 is Thanksgiving)
  • November 14
  • December 12
  • January 16 (Moved this back one week as Jan 2 is a holiday)
  • February 13
  • March 13
  • April 17 (April 10 is a long weekend)
  • May 8
  • June 12
Another reminder that we will be testing the platform Jitsi for the video calls, as my institution does not have an instiutional Zoom account. The calendar invites will be accompanied by meeting links. You do not need to create an account to access Jitsi video calls.

Have a great day everyone!
