I love the idea of boxes for subject specific guides.

Hi Caroline,
I agree with you and think it is a good idea to put a box on subject specific guides. I’ll look for our top 10 and send them to you. I wonder if our top 10 will match.

Subject: [Bcoelsteering] subject specific libguides
Hello all
Rajiv and I are working on a few things for Open Ed week. One of the things we hope to get done is some subject specific OER boxes for our libguides. Remember we were going to do this a long time ago ….I’m just not sure
I’m hitting people with the general OER guide and so hope I can draw in a few more people by putting the box on the subject specific one.
I’m willing to put them in the wiki if others think they will benefit? We are going to use some student time to figure out our top 10 target areas at KPU. Then I’ll build a short list of subject specific resources for
each of those areas. I know there was a refresher on the mediawiki a week or so ago – I got stuck in a meeting but I also still use the wiki. Is there still interest in me putting them up there?
Maybe if there are others in the group that also have a top 10 list, we can collaborate and get more than 10 up on the wiki? Do you think we reinvigorate the wiki? I see it as one of the areas where we can really help
with duplication in workloads! Yes? No?
