Hello,

Brenda and I were able to have a phone meeting yesterday. This is what we came up with:

Cascadia BCOEL lunch meeting in room 1400. We will be informal but could have a round table and discuss whether we want to have an in-person working meeting in the summer (June-Aug.). We may have some new people joining us so perhaps we could talk about how the group functions and answer their questions.

Next meeting - does the week of May 13 work?

Agenda items:

· we need a Chair-elect to start 2 year term in September - Chair-elect (and meeting minute-taker) Sep.-Aug. 2019/20  and Chair Sep.-Aug. 2020/21   

· update on our working groups

· summer in-person working meeting planning (if we are going to have one)
