Hi there everyone,

Apologies for the very short notice on informing you of the following... So, we had agreed as a group that we would meet for lunch during the OT Summit. We only needed a room or a space where we could get together. So... Christy did a great job and got us a place:

We have booked room 101 https://www.sfu.ca/mecs/facilities/harbour-centre/meeting-rooms/boardrooms.html on Day 1 of the Summit from 12 - 2pm...

So, the plan is for us to grab our lunch food and move to this room for a lunch meeting. The only thing we are asked to do is to bring our lunch remains to the garbage and leave the room as tidy as possible.

So, see you all there tomorrow.
