I have just submitted the BCOEL proposal. Part of the submission process required entering the names and emails of the speakers, which then led to automatically generated confirmation emails. Can those of you who provided names contact your respective recruit(s) and just let them know nothing is official until/unless the proposal is accepted? Probably better having a message come from someone they know rather than some UFV librarian apparently signing people up for conferences...
