Hi everyone,

Sorry for the late response. I thought I had sent this last week, but it was sitting there in my Drafts folder. Sigh.

Based on the Doodle poll results, the BCOEL Steering committee meeting will be on Wednesday, June 12^th at BCIT’s Downtown Campus (555 Seymour Street, Vancouver). The meeting will be from 9am to noon. We will not be providing refreshments due to budget issues, so please be sure to bring coffee/morning snack if so desired. We’ll build in a longer coffee break in the agenda to give us time to go downstairs and get required caffeine.

Some of the topics to discuss/work on include:

o             Youtube channel content

o             Maintaining website  - who should do? How frequently?

o             Review decisions from January – are things working?;

o             What are our plans for the next year?

o             Time for working group to plan out remainder of the year and/or work on projects

Is there anything else that you think we should do during this time to make it productive?
