[Bcoelsteering] Question about Professional Development for Open Education

Hi everyone, I have a some quick question about PD. Please don’t spend too much time on your responses – I just want to know what you do and think about professional development around open education What do you do for your PD? What would you recommend for PD (and would it be broken down to “new comers” vs. librarians who have been working in this field for a number of years)?
