I have to leave by about 12:30/1. I know which project I want to work on – it’s a matter of me just doing it – and I”ve schedule a day in July to get it done! So planning in the morning would suit me fine. I’m sorry I can’t stay for the entire day!

Lin needs to place the catering order by this Friday so we need to know how many people can make it that day and whether you have any dietary requirements.

Also, we roughly laid out a plan that we would do business in the morning and a project in the afternoon. So as to not waste any time on the day, we should come up with more details on what we are doing. Please share your thoughts and ideas.
