I just attended a demo today because we were curious. It's a product EBSCO
is selling that is essentially a customized EDS interface targeted at
faculty to surface OER and DRM-free ebook content that the library could
purchase as a low-cost course text. If you want to preview what it looks
like check out the LOUIS site and use the Faculty Portal search box.

The frustrating part is that Ebsco built this in collaboration with
libraries (existing customers) and now they're turning it to a fee based
product that really is primarily intended to sell more ebooks and
secondarily surface OER.
