Hello everyone,
I have scheduled our 2021/22 BCOEL Steering Committee meetings for the third Monday of every month from 1pm to 2pm. You may download and import the following iCalendar (.ics) files to your calendar system: https://ubc.zoom.us/meeting/u5Ikce-sqj4tH9O3rE3kh-iVGAm-jM_kmF8r/ics?icsTok…
The meeting dates and Zoom information are also below.
I have also created a new 2021/22 BCOEL Priority Project Sign-Up Sheet<https://docs.google.com/document/d/132ApUMaJ40Ut-NCRgSdJGoixHRhrCMnwWTotopS…>. Please take some time over the next two months to think about how you would like to contribute this year and sign-up for whatever interests you! Alternatively, feel free to propose some new priorities and we can discuss them at our first meeting in September. If you are interested, here<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1_CzR2moJJRJNIP7SRpeK5945S4ExVnlW5rdvM5H…> is the sign-up sheet from last year.
Thanks again to Lindsay for being a great Chair this past year! I hope you all have a wonderful summer.
All the best,
Donna

Hello all,
Wow, talk about going out with a bang - for some reason, I thought our next BCOEL meeting was scheduled for next week, but I just checked my Outlook calendar and it's today at 1pm(!) Hence the absence of a call for agenda items. My sincere apologies for the oversight.
If you're able to join us at 1pm, here is the link to the Zoom meeting<https://langara.zoom.us/j/67255132006?pwd=Q2w2cDRxS0syZzExL2NCZm1SVjBrZz09>.
I've attached the draft agenda. Please feel free to add any additional items at the start of the meeting or incorporate them into the roundtable discussion.
Please also find the minutes for our May meeting attached for your review. As always, thanks to Donna for recording these!
Hope to see you all soon,
Lindsay

Dear BCOEL Steering Committee,
Yesterday, the bcoel.ca website was moved to a new server as part of a larger network migration at SFU. (BCcampus websites are hosted by SFU.) Initial testing shows that the BCOEL website is working as expected.
If you or any of your members or users have a problem with the website, please report it to BCcampus IT Support at support(a)bccampus.ca.
Thanks,
Lauri

For thousands of years the səl̓ilwətaɁɬ təməxʷ (Tsleil-Waututh), Skwxwú7mesh-ulh Temíx̱w (Squamish), W̱SÁNEĆ, and the Songhees Nation of the Lək̓ʷəŋən (Lekwungen) Peoples have walked gently on the unceded territories where we now live, work, and play. We are committed to building relationships with the first peoples here, one based in honour and respect, and we thank them for their hospitality.
