Elizabeth Dill and Christopher Shaffer of Troy University in Alabama and I are editors for this issue. We are currently accepting proposals for articles as well as peer-reviewers with expertise on the topic of Open and Affordable Educational Resources, particularly as they apply to Academic Libraries. Proposals are due May 1, 2019.
