Our students at KPU have something going too. Sadly I didn’t take a picture of it (I know
– if you don’t get a photo it never happened!). I’m reaching out to the organizer to see
if he got a photo. Nothing works better than students engaging students!

It is that time of semester when we hopefully see more attention brought to the high cost
of textbooks. UVIC made the papers -

And here at Douglas, the Douglas College Student Union set up a table set in our concourse
area (see attached picture). I took the picture at the end of the day but during the day I
noticed they had a lot of traffic around the table.
