Greetings All!

I hope this find you well and enjoying 2019! I'm sending this message to you on behalf of Wayne Macintosh of the OER Foundation and OERu. Please feel free to pass along to anyone you think might be interested.

The OERu international partnership is trialling a unique OER subscription and sponsorship programme for improving information literacies for learning in a digital age on a global scale. This may be of interest to library professionals in your network. See details below.

For a nominal fee of $295, the OERu will provide unrestricted access to its Learning in a Digital Age online micro-courses plus an enrolment key for students at subscriber institutions to take a competency test in copyright and Creative Commons licensing and to gain the associated digital badge and competency certificate for free. Revenue generated from this non-profit initiative is used to support the global open source infrastructure for learners studying at institutions in the developing world to gain sustainable access to open education courses for a first year of university study.
