Hi BCOEL! I am wondering if any of you would be interested in participating in a webinar (hosted by BCcampus) to discuss the background, implications, ruling of the following Access Copyright vs. York case. For background: York University opted out of the Access Copyright agreement a few years ago and decided to try to police it on their own within their university and push the new fair use clause of the Canadian Copyright act.
