[Bcoel] Systems Librarian assistance.

Good afternoon Librarians! I am looking for a systems librarian for a technical consultation. To be more specific, we are moving our repository from Equella to DSpace and want to have permanent identifiers for the collection. DSpace is capable of working with handles and we need verification that there are no Canadian instances of handle registries and if that is correct, we need verification that a long term relationship with Handle.net (via USA) is in our interest.
