Subject: Looking for cases of OER use in Vocational Training

Greetings Community & Technical College Open Education Friends:

The European Training Foundation together with UNESCO-UNEVOC are working to promote the use of OER in TVET (Technical Vocational Education and Training) namely by collecting stories of use of OER within vocational education, professional higher education, and adult learning (formal and informal).

They will then organize webinars (as they did last year) to share these stories globally, with the aim to foster adoption of OER and open approaches within TVET through awareness raising and knowledge exchange.

If you would like to share your important open education initiatives and practices where OER are being used within TVET sectors please send information to Fabio Nascimbeni (fabio.nascimbeni@etf.europa.eu) and Max Ehlers (m.ehlers@unesco.org).

My thanks,

Cable
