Hello everyone,

The Open Ed team at BCcampus has been working hard to ensure that our open textbook collection includes more and more books that are accessible to all students. Over the last few months, our co-op student, Josie Gray, has been researching universal design best practices and working to improve the accessibility of BCcampus' open textbooks.

Join Amanda Coolidge and Josie Gray on a webinar on December 6, to learn about useful resources, processes, and tips regarding the creation of accessible, open textbooks.

When: Tuesday, December 6, 2016 (12:30 to 1:30pm)
Where: Online via Collaborate - Link will be sent soon.

So bring your lunch and we hope to see you online. Feel free to invite anybody from your institution that may be interested in Accessibility and Universal Design issues for learning.

Cheers,

Rosario Passos
