There are some rumblings coming out of our College of Engineering that they are interested in using OER / open pedagogy in first year courses. This possibility is coming as they prepare to renew the first year curriculum. Currently first year Engineering students are using a local adaptation of University Physics, which we’ll hopefully release widely this summer, and an Engineering Economics book is in the works.
