Dear colleagues, You are invited to attend a public webinar about a Report on Institutional Capacity to Support Open Educational Practices in B.C.<https://bccampus.ca/event/report-on-institutional-capacity-to-support-open-educational-practices-in-b-c/?instance_id=4091> on Monday, November 24, at 1:00 p.m. Pacific. This report is based on research into B.C. post-secondary institutions and their support of open educational practices. Institutions were evaluated in six categories, including leadership and advocacy and vision and implementation. The report mirrors one done for post-secondary institutions in Ontario. Speakers will discuss how to ensure that open education is sustainable and continues to have long-term benefits for students and instructors in B.C. Research for this report was conducted by the Inclusive Education Research Lab at Brock University in collaboration with BCcampus.
