[Bcoel] BCOER changed name

Hello,

You would have recently received an email welcoming you to this new listserv and this is because you were on the BCOER Librarians listserv.

As you know from a previous email I sent to this group, we now have a Steering Committee.  The Steering Committee decided to change the name to the BC Open Education Librarians (BCOEL) to have a broader scope and not restricted to "resources".

You'll find attached the minutes from our first meeting.
